	We are a public accounting firm, managed by Certified Public Accountants who are members in good standing of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
We are a member of AICPA Division for CPA Firms. Two of our senior firm members hold MBA degrees and have been in public accounting for over 25 years. Our firm is also peer reviewed in the peer review program established and operated by AICPA in conjunction with New York State Society of CPAs. In the recent peer review, we received "pass." Of course, we, CPAs, being conservative in nature, a simple "pass" is the top rating a firm can receive in peer review proces. :o)
	Our firm is staffed with dedicated employees who are fluent in both English and Korean. Being situated in central Manhattan, our clientele consists largely of businesses located in and around the Greater New York Metropolitan. Nevertheless, a substantial number of clients we serve are in states that are geographically far away from NY Metropolitan area... however, never far away in our commitment or dedicated services.

Please note that all individual income tax returns and most of business tax returns prepared by this firm need to be filed and paid electronically. This means that after we process information you provide us, we will send you a copy of tax return for you to review and retain in your file along with the e-file authorization document. Once you sign and send us the e-file authorization, we will submit your tax returns electronically on your behalf. You will not be mailing anything to the tax authorities directly. In the e-filing process, unless you fax or otherwise deliver to our office your authorization form with your signature, we cannot submit your tax returns to governmental authorities. Consequently, unless we receive your signed e-file authorization, your tax return remains incomplete.

Korean characters on this site. This web site provides information using both English and Korean languages. While the English language is the primary language used, the Korean pages are usually duplicated pages intended for clients of Korean background or are pages containing information specifically pertinent to Korean clients. If your browser does not display Korean characters properly, please use the menu to select "View", "Encoding" and "Korean" options to allow the browser to display Korean fonts.

Acrobat Documents. Many documents found on this web site are in Adobe's Acrobat file format and have .pdf file extension. The Acrobat file format is probably the most widely used digital document formats in the World Wide Web. Loan Schedule This is a loan amortization schedule generator program. This program will compute loan payment amount and generate amortization schedule either in summary or detail format. If you have a loan that is paid off using fixed monthly payment, such as common home mortgage loan, car loan and business purchase notes payable, this is the right program to run. This program is still in beta stage of development and is just for informational purposes only. No guarantee or warranty about accuracy or fitness is provided. For authoritative loan payment schedule, contact our office. Also, if you are an attorney or real estate professional requiring a stable program, please contact our office. We have a stable loan amortization program that can be licensed to you free or charge.

Files on this server. For security reasons, we do not store client data or documents on our server. If you need copies of tax returns or other documents from us, please email or fax us your document request. If the file size is small enough, we will send you encrypted PDF document which you will be able to unlock and open with password. If the document requirements are so extensive that email attachment is not an optimal solution, we will temporarily place the documents on our secure cloud server and will email you instruction on how to retrieve the document files. Your connection to our server will be secured by SSL encryption and will require user ID and password combination. Upon expiration of the document availability time window that we will advise in the document retrieval instruction, your documents in our server will be removed; so, it is imperative that you download and save the files on your own computer during the document availability window.
